Korean typical lunch menu and big size egg roll

Here is the Korean typical lunch menu and big size egg roll. I often have lunch outside as I work outside. I sometimes pack lunch but it is very annoying. I prefer to eat out for lunch. This is one of my favorite menus for lunch here in Korea. I introduce spicy pork soup, egg roll and side dishes.

 

Some restaurants are open for only dinner, some are open for lunch and dinner. This restaurant opens for lunch and dinner and has a big parking lot. Its name is Paedaegee. Sometimes, I visit here and enjoy lunch. The price is not high and amount is very good.

 

This restaurant is a bit big and has many round tables. You can enjoy lunch and dinner, too. For lunch, there is a special food. I introduce Korean pork soup and big egg roll. These are very good for lunch. We call it "PORK STEW or PORK SOUP" One of popular lunch menu here in South Korea.

 

I ordered couple set which has pork stew good for 2 and big egg roll. It costs 21,200 won (18USD). It is 9USD for one person. Not expensive for one meal. In this restaurant, this menu is famous for meat-bomb. It means big loaded of meat in the soup.

 

 

Basically, they serve several side dishes as above. We don't pay more for this. These are included. If we want more, we can ask more with no extra charge. I like this kind of side dish very much. Everything is delicious and enjoyable with one bowl of rice.

 

 

In Korea, wrapping culture is very popular. We wrap meat with vegetables. There are many kinds of vegetables for wrapping. It's unlimited. No extra charge for this. It's also included in set menu. You can enjoy everything with 9 USD.for each.

 

 

This is a big roll. They names it "KING EGG ROLL". It means very big. I think they used more than 6 or 7 eggs for this. So big and soft. I like egg roll so much and sometimes I cook it in the house. I usually use 2 or 3 eggs but here they use many eggs and make this big egg roll.

 

 

This is pork stew or pork soup. It has a lot of port meat and many kinds of vegetables such as onion, leek, pepper. They also put noodle. The amount is good and it's more than enough. Some people pack the leftover after eating. I also packed with no extra charge.

 

 

The taste is very good. I don't have to explain. Perfect for lunch and with rice. Umami and a little spicy. When people visit Korea, I recommend them to experience Korean pork stew or pork soup. It's kind of Korean traditional food and Korean people often enjoy eating this food.
