The food you must eat in Busan city of South Korea :: Lobster & crab price

There are dozens of foods you must eat in Busan city of South Korea. Among those foods, this must go first, lobster and crab. I visited Busan city the other day and ate lobster and crab in one restaurant. I really enjoyed it. The price of lobster and crab is also expensive here in Korea. I cannot afford to eat it often. I wanted to celebrate one of my special days and ate them for it.

 

This tine, I enjoyed lobster and crab together. I usually eat lobster or crab at the restaurant but it was good to have them all at once. It was a course menu including steamed and raw lobster. There were also many kinds of seafoods for side dishes.

 

I visited one restaurant called "Daege club". It means "Crab Club". It is located in Busan, Gwanganri beach. Gwanganri beach is now very famous for the film location "Black Panther". This restaurant is near Gwanganri beach. It is on the second floor and a little big restaurant. At the first floor of this building, there is "Ediya Coffee" which is famous cafe chain in South Korea. The coffee is not expensive and tastes so good.

 

 

I ordered a course menu which costs 150,000 won (125 USD). This price is not for one but for two. As you pay 125 USD, you can have these all foods. I think it's not expensive. With this price, two people can enjoy many side dishes, 1 lobster and 1 crab.

 

 

Have you ever tried lobster sushi? This is raw lobster. That was my first time to have raw lobster. I tried many time for steamed lobster but this one was my first time. I was really curious about the taste and the texture. Actually it tastes almost nothing but the texture was so good. It was a good experience to me.

 

 

They served half raw, half steamed for lobster. I could enjoyed both thanks to their service. Lobster sushi was a good experience to me and I recommend you to have the same one in Busan city of South Korea. It is hard to explain the texture of it, you must try it. It was so unique.

 

 

After enjoying lobster sushi, I enjoyed steamed crab, too. This is a snow crab. The size is a little big and much to eat. They already cut to eat it easily. Thanks to thier skill, I could this crab in a convenient way. I like every part of snow crab, it was so delicious.

 

 

 

Steamed snow crab was excellent. The taste was good and it was fun to have it. Lobster was also good, full of flesh in the claw. Without any sauce, it was good itself. The texture was chewy and its flavor was deep and good. That is why people loves lobsters.

 

 

In the course, this soup and ramen are included. They served soud in a big pot and ramen, too. There were many kinds of seafoods such as crab, shrimp, clam, etc. When it boiled, I put ramen and boiled again for a while. Then, it was done and enjoyed it very much.

 

Ramen with seafoods was the best. The soup was so thick and delicious. This looks like King's food. As above, you can enjoy very fresh seafoods in Busan city. When you visit Busan city, you must try lobster and crab, too. You can enjoy all with $125 for two. I recommend this to you.
