Fantastic and heartful Korean food package

There are so many delicious foods in Korea. Among those, I like this food so much. We call it "DDEOK". Actually, I cannot find the proper pronunciation for this food. In English, somebody calls this food, rice cake. So I will call this food rice cake from know. 

 

In every town of Korea, there must be at least one shop for rice cake. There is one in my town, too. Today, I bought rice cake packed in a beautiful box. This is very good for present giving to someone.

 

Here is the rice cake shop in my town. It is not a big store but they have many kinds of rice cake and sell them in beautiful boxes. Sometimes, I buy this and have it for breakfast for snack between meals.

 

Long time ago, there was no bread shop in Korea. Instead, Koeran people enjoyed rice cake. Now, things changed. We see so many bakery shop but this kind of rice cake shop is rare. I hope it is not going to disappear and its history continues.

 

 

We can buy rice cake one by one or in a box. This time, I bought rice cake packed in a beaufitul box rapped by colored cloth. This kind of package is usually for present. You can give this to your friend and precious people you know as a present.

 

 

As I opened the box I could see many kinds of rice cak. So colorful and heartfully packed. I could feel the maker's heart and affection. Korean rice cake is not only food but also heart of maker. Every rice cake is packed and easy to eat and store.

This one package costs 21USD. It's 25,000 won. I don't think it is expensive, thinking about the maker's effort. We know it's not easy to make. It requires so much effort. When you visit Korea, it is the food you must try.
